Danny L. Williams July 28, 2010

Mr. Danny L. Williams, 58, died Wednesday, July 28, 2010 as a result of a motorcycle accident.
The funeral service will be conducted on Saturday at 11 am in the Wilkerson Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Pinewood Memorial Park.
Danny, a lifelong resident of Pitt County, had served in the United States Army for three years. He was on the Board of Pitt Greenville Crime Stoppers and was a member of the Staton House Fire Department for 37 years, of which he was Chief for six years following in his father’s footsteps. He was a co-owner/manager of Blount & Williams Heating & Air. He was a lifelong member of Mt. Pleasant Christian Church. He will be dearly missed by family and friends in the community.
He was preceded in death by Ruby Whitaker and Darrell F. Williams.
He is survived by his:
wife, Marsha T. Williams;
daughter, Tina W. Clinefelter and husband, Scott J.;
grandchildren, Austin and Ashley Clinefelter (PaPa’s Angels);
siblings, Leslie Darrell Williams of Lincolnton,
Susan Faye Williams and
Donnie Ray Williams both of Kings Mountain.
The family will receive friends Friday from 6 – 8 pm at Wilkerson Funeral Home.
