Digital Services

Because Life Matters...

Digital Service Offerings

We are pleased to offer a variety of digital services in an effort improve access and availability for those who are unable to attend visitations, services, or arrangement conferences. We believe in the importance of the funeral rite to help family members and friends process and work through their grief. We also recognize that many are unable to participate in person due to travel, health concerns, or work schedule. In an effort to include these and others, we offer the following digital services. Please note that these services are optional and will be provided based on family's desires and availability of equipment.

Live Stream & Service Recording

For services set in our chapel, we are able to offer a live stream so that family and friends may view and hear the service as it is happening. Live stream videos are also available to be viewed after the conclusion of the service. We have invested in equipment and training that we believe results in a premier video quality for those watching remotely. For services held outside of our chapel, we are able to record the service, edit the video, and upload it so that it may be watched remotely. Due to time required to edit and process video footage and upload time, these videos may not be available for viewing until the following day. For more information on accessing our live streams and service videos, please watch the short clip below.

Virtual Visitation

For families concerned about crowded visitations or if there are family members unable to travel, we have developed what we call Virtual Visitations. We utilize a video camera setup with a laptop and monitor in our visitation room. Family members are able to log into via a zoom meeting and see and visit with guests that attend the visitation.

Virtual Arrangement Conferences

More and more, family members are unable to travel in time to attend arrangement conferences. To better assist them, we utilize zoom meetings to meet virtually "Face to Face", digital signatures to simplify transactions, and we have updated our website to include much of the merchandise that we offer.

Online Condolences

Online condolences continue to be a great way to reach out to the family of a deceased. Now, more than ever, we encourage people to utilize online condolances through the decedent's obituary page. Friends and relatives can share stories, upload pictures and videos to share, and even light a virtual candle. We find that during loss, any expression of sympathy, no matter how small it may seem, can mean so much to those affected.
